Time for a fit check

Our bras aren’t built like the others. So take a sec to make sure you’ve got everything in place.

Because a badly fitting sports bra is not cute!

Underband

  • Start on the loosest back fastening.
  • It should feel firm but not tight - enough to fit two fingers under, without pulling away.
  • A new bra may feel snug at first, but will soften with wear and washing.

Straps

  • Pull the straps over your shoulders, lift the bra, then fasten securely into the 'ladder'.
  • Fit to where you feel supported - it may differ on each side.
  • You should be able to fit two fingers under the strap without it lifting away.
  • Gravity: Cross the straps into an X at the back (dungaree-style).

Cups

  • Scoop your boobs fully into cups from the side, then do a little shimmy to get comfortable.
  • Gravity: The inner layer should sit between boobs - it gives separation but may not lie flat.
  • Cloud: Adjust the cups for comfort or remove if preferred.
  • Once you’ve adjusted yourself within the cups, you may have to adjust the support from the straps again.
