What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guide
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred size or return for a refund. As a reminder, UK exchanges are free.
How long until I get my order?
We know, you can't wait for the life changing support!
If you're ordering from the UK, give us 3 working days to get the sports bra to you. This allows us a day to process your order and 2 days for Royal Mail to ship it to you.
All orders placed before 1pm are dispatched same day.
Our warehouse is closed on bank holidays, so expect this shipping timeframe to start the next working day.
We can't be held responsible for any lost items. We send these tracked by Royal Mail and so if they are delivered to your door with evidence, we unfortunately won't be able to refund or replace any lost items.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We keep it simple, offering one carrier with two speeds of service. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we just ship to the UK. We hope to reopen our international orders soon!
What's the cost to ship?
We have two options for the UK...
Super speedy 1-2 working days. Sent by RM24 - £5.99
Standard 3-5 working days. Sent by RM48 - £3.99
What is your return period?
Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, providing they are unworn or unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels.
How do I return my order?
Please initiate all returns via our online return portal returnsportal.shop/pebe.
Use the postage label provided* in the returns portal to send the item(s) back
to us. Be sure to include your original order form with your return.
*Please note customers are responsible for the cost of this postage for refunds. UK exchanges are free of charge.
We always recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or delayed.
When will my return be processed?
Please allow 5 business days for your order to reach our warehouse.
Please allow a further 2 business days for the warehouse to process your request.
For refunds, please wait another 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
I haven't heard back from you?
This is rare... if you haven't received a response within 4 working days, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend saving orders@teampebe.com to your safe sender list or contact list to ensure you receive our emails.
I think my item is faulty, now what?
We’re so sorry – just drop us an email at orders@teampebe.com and we’ll sort this for you.
