Sports Bras For Your Personal Best

• First things first, our DBS-checked team ensures strict safeguarding and privacy for all the girls throughout the sports bra fitting experience.
• Fittings are encouraged but optional. It’s important for us that they feel comfortable.
• They will be able to have their bra size measured (over their school tops) by our team.
• Sports bra fittings can be solo or with their friend in a private changing room, making the experience comfortable and enjoyable.
• The team will recommend a style and size for them to try on, based on their sports and measurements.
• They are encouraged to try on the sports bra properly (instead of what they are wearing) for an accurate fit, but this can be over a top if they aren’t comfortable to do this.
• Our team will check the fit of the sports bra on your daughter.
• Your daughter will be asked if she would like to order a sports bra and be provided with a size card to take home.

• Yes, if she would like to order one and we have your consent to purchase one or more by the order deadline (in line with the comms sent to you by your school).
• You will benefit from a school discount rate if ordering as part of our visit.
• The sports bras will arrive at school several weeks after the event.

• We have two designs that are based on size: the Cloud (for A-D cups) and the Gravity (for DD-GG cups).
• Ideal for wearing under school shirts, as the bras are available in a discreet ice blue colour.
• Light weight, perfect for all day wear.
• Fully adjustable for a custom fit.

• As part of our partnership with your school, sports bras will now be included on the kit list. Sports bras are a functional and important part of kit and therefore shouldn’t be cause for embarrassment.
• This can be a great opportunity to start a positive conversation about a fun fitting that she can enjoy with her friends.
• In our experience, the more relaxed and straight-forward we make this, the more comfortable girls feel.
• The school will also communicate this to the pupils.

• Sports bras have a job to do, and no doubt your daughter has been wearing her sports bra for lots of sport and exercise during the school year. Over time, the elastane in the product will break down and the support will not be optimal. So we say that sports bras shouldn’t see a birthday!
• It’s also a time in life when your daughter is likely to have grown, so re-checking measurements and making sure she is in the right size sports bra is part of the reason your school has got us back in year on year, to make sure she’s kitted out properly.
• The good news is, lots of our schools have a recycling bin, so you can bring your old sports bra along to recycle!

• No, the school has invested in this service and so your daughter will benefit from the experience free of charge
• The school have confirmed the discounted costs of the sports bras to you in the email communications.

• Your school will confirm ordering and payment methods in the email communications sent out before and after the event.
• You need to order one before the deadline. If you miss this deadline, you can still shop on our website but unfortunately, you’ll miss out on the discount and free postage.

• The sports bras can be washed up to 40c (although we recommend 30c).
• Please do not tumble dry, iron or dry clean the sports bras.
• Please do not use fabric softener.
• They dry really quickly, so just hang them over the line and it’ll be dry in a couple of hours.

Most women we fit are shocked by their actual size. The 'M&S way' of measuring has driven this:

• They add 4 inches to the underband measurement
• This is to standardise women’s clothing (same reason we shop in 8/10/12, and is unhelpful (men don’t routinely shop this way...)

The difference between the underband & bust measurement is how we work out cup size (please see our how to measure video on our website). Brands like Bravissimo fit the same way as us - if we get one of their customers, they’re always spot on!

Example:

• If you measure as a 30" on your underband (with a tape measure), and a 36" on the bust, the difference between those two numbers is how we calculate the cup (difference here is 6 = E)
• If we use the “add 4” method, we would take the 30 up to a 34, meaning the difference is 2 = B
• This is how a woman who thinks she is a 34B, will find out she’s a 30E - and be shocked...but once she’s fitted, she’ll see/feel the improvement
• An “E” isn’t a cup size on its own, the size is driven by the band measurement - no two E’s are the same!

Please note: we use Amazon tape measures in our fitting service, there is no secret here. Shifting this perception is the hardest part of what we do! But please trust us, we’ve done this a lot!

• There’s never any pressure to buy from us just because she’s been measured and fitted.
• We’re not here to sell sports bras that won’t be worn and loved. But we do want to offer the opportunity to help busy parents who may be unsure how to get this right.
• If for whatever reason you’ve accidentally received an order, please just email orders@teampebe.com who will send you a returns form. If your daughter is at a boarding school, the boarding house will do this for you – please contact the house parent.

• Please contact orders@teampebe.com if there is a problem with the sports bra or the fit once your daughter has received the sports bra. Our fit experts will help!
• We recommend all sports bras should be washed before they are worn to exercise in. But washing won't change the size if it doesn't fit!

• Yes, you have 30 days from the date the sports bras were delivered to the school to return an item.
• Please just email orders@teampebe.com who will send you a returns form.
• The sports bra(s) must be in a resalable condition (with no marks and labels still attached), in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• If your daughter is at a boarding school, the boarding house will do this for you – please contact the house parent.

• Please complete our Schools Boarding Returns Form (available from your school event lead)
• Email the completed form to our team orders@teampebe.com
• Print the form & include it in the parcel
• Post the return to: PEBE Returns, Hallmark Consumer Services, Green Bank, Saxby Road, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE13 1FF
• We must receive the returns for exchanges/ refunds within 30 days from the date of delivery at the school.
• Refunds will be issued directly to the school. The school will then reimburse parents individually.
