Refund policy
RETURNS
We will offer a refund on all orders, provided the below conditions are met. We only offer exchanges on UK orders.
All international orders that would like to swap their bra for a different size or colour, please return your item for a refund, and re-order the correct size.
Timings: We have a 30-day refund and exchange policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item, for your return to reach our warehouse to receive a refund or exchange.
Items must be resalable: Item(s) must be returned to us in their original state, with proof of purchase (order form). We will not be able to process your order for a refund or exchange if it is marked, missing tags, or not in the original packaging.
To return an item: Please initiate all returns via our online return portal returnsportal.shop/pebe.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at orders@teampebe.com if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can review the issue and sort it out.
If a fault crops up in the first 6 months, we will of course sort this out for you, whether it is a replacement item or your money back.
Drop us an email at orders@teampebe.com to sort it out, with the following information:
- your order number
- a description of the flaw, with a supporting photo(s)
Our team need to verify all faults before any refunds or replacements are issued.
Please note, products showing signs of natural wear and tear do not count as faulty. This includes but is not limited to stretching of fabric and discolouration, as examples.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
