SIZING
How can I check my size?

Measuring has been overcomplicated for years but don't panic, we can help.

Follow the instructions to check your size using our bra calculator to work out your size.

Please note: if your size seems very different to what you've worn all your life....that's very normal!

Our bras come up very true to size but the industry is lacking in regulation and consistency, so this might be different to what you thought.

What is your size range?

Our bras cater for all women and girls from a 22AA - 38GG.

Our Cloud bra is sized by underband size in a dual measurement; 22/24, 26/28, 30/32, 34/36. The size range for this bra is 22AA - 36D.

Our Gravity bra is sized by bra sizes and covers 28DD - 38GG.

For some sizes, in particular in a D cup, you might find you can wear either style as there is a cross over. It depends on the support you need and feel is right for you and your activity.

Delivery
Oops, I made a mistake on my order, can I change it?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it is placed. Please follow our exchange or returns process if you need a different size or no longer want your order.

When can I expect my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days for shipping.

All orders are processed on the same day, if placed before 13:00 GMT.

If you order past 13:00 GMT on Friday, your order will be dispatched on Monday.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.

You will get an email once your order is shipped, with a tracking reference, so you can keep tabs on your sports bra.

We can't be held responsible for any lost items. We send these tracked by Royal Mail and so if they are delivered to your door with evidence, we unfortunately won't be able to refund or replace any lost items.

Where do you ship to?

We ship internationally.

To keep things simple, we offer one standard shipping service for each region.

If you live outside of the UK, our shipping looks pricey because we factor in paying for duties / VAT for you as well as shipping. This means you don't have to think about it again. 

How much does it cost to ship my order?

UK 48 hours tracked - £3.95

EU tracked - £20

Australia tracked - £25

US tracked - £30

This cost includes duties or VAT due on entry into your country.

EXCHANGES+ REFUNDS
What is your exchange/ refund period?

Items can be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, providing they are unworn or unused and in their original packaging, complete with labels.

How do I return my order?

Please initiate all returns via our online return portal returnsportal.shop/pebe.

Use the postage label provided* in the returns portal to send the item(s) back
to us. Be sure to include your original order form with your return.

*Please note customers are responsible for the cost of this postage for refunds/ international orders. UK Exchanges are free of charge.

We always recommend that you obtain a proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost or delayed.

When will my exchange / refund be processed?

Please allow 5 business days for your order to reach our warehouse.

Please allow a further 2 business days for the warehouse to process your request.

For refunds, please wait another 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.

Not heard back from us on your order query?

If you haven't received a response within 4 working days, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend saving orders@teampebe.com to your safe sender list or contact list to ensure you receive our emails.

I think my item is faulty, now what?

and we’ll sort this for you.

Payment
When will my payment be taken?

You will be charged when you place the order online.

Why hasn’t my payment been accepted?

This could be due to several reasons. Your card provider may have put a blocker on your card if it has failed several times in quick succession. We suggest you check your online banking for any red flags.

How does the gift card work?

Our gift cards are paperless, you’ll get an email with a unique code to share with the lucky lady.

To use the gift card, enter the code at checkout.

The gift card must be used within a year of purchase.
